Buy a Brick incentive form

TERMS AND CONDITION

You the registrant will be an agent for the foundation. Upon receipt of payment for a brick you will receive 25% of the cost of the brick of £20/£500 Sterling for each brick sold. You must give your name, email address and telephone number to the person purchasing which will enable you to receive payment. Payment will be made to money transfer agent as close to you as possible using the details supplied to you on this form. We aim to make all payments to agents within 7 days of receipt of payment.

Spratley Charity Foundation reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement at any point. By signing up to register as an agent you agree to the terms and conditions provided.
